At Minimal Lady , we strive to deliver your order in the quickest, safest, and most economical way possible. We process all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, and we will do our best to get your jewellery to you as soon as possible. Here are some further details about our shipping policy:

Shipping Policy for Jewellery 

The shipping time may vary depending on the location and availability of the product. 
We provide a tracking number for every order once it has been shipped. You will receive a WhatsApp message , email and a SMS with the tracking details so you can keep an eye on your package.
 Please note that our shipping times may be impacted by factors such as unexpected weather events and national holidays, which may delay the delivery of your order.

Shipping Policy for Bag Charms

Before your order is dispatched, it will go through our logo printing process and a quality check to ensure everything meets our standards.

Dispatch Timeline

Orders are dispatched serial number-wise. Because of this, your order may take longer to be dispatched, and we do not guarantee dispatch within 24–48 hours. The timeline is 10-20 days after placing the order. 

We kindly request you to allow us the required processing time while we prepare your order.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to Delhivery for pickup and delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking update from Delhivery once your package has been picked up.

Please note that the delivery timeline begins once the package has been handed over to the courier.
